C. If I press the green button on the Parrot CK3100 handsfree kit to initiate a call, nothing happens. With my prior phone, I had used an app called BTGnow to assign the green Bluetooth handsfree to dial Google Now. I installed this and then tried pressing the green button. I was given a choice of what this button triggers, and picked SoundAbout.
i fitted it myself and both the switched and permanent +ve are correct i did have to swap them as per the parrot wiring instructions as audi iso has only the permanent +ve but in the wrong place i had to wire in a switched supply the only other wires i needed were the grey and green line in and the tel mute that go to the ten pin iso
4, Calls dialled through Parrot dial, but voice goes through phone. 5, Parrot reboots itself after a call. Although since uprgading to WM6 I now have network name, signal strength and battery level on the Parrot, it's main usability has become very frustrating as it only seems to work as advertised 25% of the time.

Powering on the vehicle, parrot screen doesn't even turn on. Trying to figure things out I plugged in the old Parrot with the screen and 12v cords and now the old one doesn't turn on. I guess everything needs to be plugged in correctly before the Parrot kit even turns on. I included both Parrot manuals if that might help out (see attachments).

The Parrot box is rated to handle 25 watts RMS (assume this is per channel) so you should be fine with the Bose amp. Since have an aftermarket amp, I may have to do it differently. Parrot tech support said it should be OK, but I don't want to fry anything and I don't like the idea of sending a lot of power through the small Parrot leads.

Thanks for your reply, I'll try and get one later on. In the mean time, I just don't understand. The red and orange cables with fuses are switched according to the instructions and I can't see anything else obvious. The CK3100 LCD car kit displays your mobile phone's information on an LCD screen: incoming call number, phonebook, last number called, and so on. 4. connect the iso kit connectors to the parrot connectors - If I can remember the smaller male connectors only fit into specific smaller female sockets. I cannot quite remember what the blue wire was for but I think I left this one - this maybe for an electric aerial.
thanks for the reply , looks like I have forgotten to attach the mute wire on the multican , although it is connected on the ck3100 itself. Apparently quite a commom installation problem Fitted a Pro head unit today and connected the Mute from multican to parrot and head unit - all now works fine It was just the mute not connected via multican Jim
